إلتزاماً بقرار جمعية مصارف لبنان الأخير الذي يقضي بوجوب إستمرارية خدمة الزبائن مع الأخذ بعين الإعتبار الأوضاع الأمنية الصعبة الراهنة وضرورة المحافظة على سلامة الزبائن والموظفين على حد سواء، يهمّنا إبلاغكم أننا متوفرون لخدمتكم عبر تنفيذ دفع الرواتب من خلال أجهزة الصراف الآلي وتأمين عمليات المؤسسات التجارية والتعليمية والإستشفائية من الساعة ٨:٣٠ صباحاً حتى ١٢ ظهراً في الفروع المحدّدة ادناه، وفقاً لمواعيد يتم تحديدها مسبقاً من خلال الإتصال بالفرع او بمركز خدمة الزبائن. كما بإمكانكم التواصل مع مركز خدمة الزبائن للأمور الملحّة فقط.

In compliance with the latest decision of the Association of Banks in Lebanon (ABL) to ensure the continuity of operations after consideration of the current difficult security conditions and the need to maintain the safety of customers and employees alike, we would like to inform you that we are available to serve you through securing the payment of salaries via our ATMs and operations of the commercial, educational and hospital institutions from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the selected branches below, by appointments booked in advance  by calling the branch or Customer Care. You can also contact Customer Care for urgent matters only.
