It is with great honor that BBAC announces that it is the first bank to have welcomed a mother to open accounts for her minor children. The proud mother, Mrs. Barbara Shahin Batlouni, who is the Country Director of AMIDEAST, opened accounts for her two minor children, Samer and Jad, at BBAC Central Branch in Clemenceau-Beirut in the presence of Chairman General Manager of BBAC Sheikh Ghassan Assaf, members of the AMIDEAST, members of the IPW-Institute of Progressive Women, BBAC managers and staff members, who were later invited to enjoy a welcome reception in commemoration of this occasion. Sheikh Assaf presented a gift to Mrs. Batlouni from BBAC, which is an amount of 1000 USD deposited in the bank accounts of her two sons.
