BBAC held a new seminar on subsidized loans in Aley
Beirut, June 2010 - BBAC (Bank of Beirut and the Arab Countries) held a seminar on subsidized loans (Kafalat and the Central Bank of Lebanon) at Regent Palace Hariz Hotel in Aley during which the benefits and the conditions of these loans were highlighted and explained thoroughly. This event comes as a part of a series of seminars convened by the bank in line with its commitment to support economic development in Lebanon.
The seminar was delivered by Mr. Ayman Fatayri, Head of Subsidized Loans and Kafalat Unit at BBAC, Mr. Khalil Attieh, Credit Analyst at Kafalat s.a.l., and Mr. Mazen Halawi from the Financing Unit at the Central Bank of Lebanon, in the presence of the heads of BBAC branches in the region and prominent figures in Aley and surrounding areas.
It is noteworthy to mention that BBAC Kafalat loan is offered to those who want to pursue new projects or enhance existing small and medium sized enterprises active in the industry, agriculture, tourism, traditional crafts and high technology sectors. BBAC also offers the subsidized loans from the Central Bank of Lebanon to finance commercial and environmentally friendly projects.
