- BBAC launches a new corporate media campaign titled ‘الإهتمام بالفعل BBAC - الإهتمام مش بكثر الحكي ’
BBAC launches a new corporate media campaign titled ‘الإهتمام بالفعل BBAC - الإهتمام مش بكثر الحكي ’
BBAC launched a new corporate multimedia Ad campaign designed to strongly position its brand in the banking industry. BBAC revised its slogan in Arabic from “الإهتمام بالفعل مش كلمة بالتم” to “ الإهتمام بالفعل” and modified it in English from “Care works better than words” to “Your Caring Bank”. The new slogan was introduced to the public, over a six-week duration, in a fully integrated marketing campaign that included the use of conventional media such as TV, Radio and Print, Cinema and outdoor advertising, alongside social media such as social networking websites (i.e. YouTube and Facebook).
The TV commercial features the bank’s genuine keenness to care for its customers and to secure a friendly atmosphere filled with confidence in its ability to fulfill its promises with full transparency away from what these customers may endure from false promises that pursue them on a daily basis in different aspects of their lives.
Through this campaign BBAC wanted to reinforce the message that meeting the needs of its customers and giving them the support they need for their everyday lives comes at the top of its priorities. Beyond the customer care that BBAC ensures through high quality products and distinct services, it is keen to let its customers feel comfortable and reassured when they see all the promises fulfilled and their requests answered quickly, professionally, safely and accurately. BBAC believes that genuine care is the key to retaining customers’ trust and serves as the solid basis for building a brighter future in the bank-customer relationship.
