BBAC praises mothers on Mother’s Day

BBAC marked an unwavering commitment to mothers by celebrating Mother’s Day this year in a unique and special way in appreciation of their unconditional love, devotion, and sacrifice. Many of BBAC branches’ interiors and exteriors were especially decorated for the occasion, and all the women and mothers who entered the branches were warmly greeted and offered flowers and chocolates. The bank also celebrated its employees who are mothers by presenting them with a gift in recognition of their hard work and dedication.

BBAC sponsors the documentary "Against Traffic" for 'Adyan'

BBAC sponsored the documentary, 'Against Traffic', produced by 'Adyan' Foundation in collaboration with the Information and Culture Ministries, and MEDE production center.

The documentary aims at showing the power of faith against fanaticism and the responsibility and role of the believer in establishing a peace and solidarity dynamism among the sons of one nation in a time of political crises and growing religious extremism and sectarian conflicts. The documentary also sheds light on personalities enjoying the appreciation and respect of their religious groups and communities, namely Prince Abdul Qader Jazaeeri, Bishop Selim Ghazal, Imam Moussa Sadr, and Priest Makram Kozah.

BBAC celebrates the New Year and honors its staff in its annual gathering ceremony

BBAC held its annual gathering ceremony on the occasion of New Year and in honor of its staff at the Emirates Hall in Habtoor Grand Hotel - Beirut. The celebration was attended by Chairman General Manager of BBAC Sheikh Ghassan Assaf, Board of Directors of BBAC, Senior Managers and Heads of Sections and Branches, the bank staff in Lebanon and abroad, and representatives of its subsidiaries.

The gathering ceremony has become a BBAC annual tradition to consolidate the social relations and to promote the spirit of one family within the bank. During the ceremony, the bank distributed cash amount and valuable prizes to the winners of the staff lottery and paid tribute to a number of employees who have served BBAC for many years in recognition of their professional efforts and dedication.

BBAC spreads the Holiday Spirit

With a common goal and a spirit of compassion, BBAC was able to spread the holiday spirit and much more through an employee fundraising campaign. The proceeds from the campaign were donated to the Lebanese Red Cross and to 'Ayadina' Association in order to put smiles on the faces of underprivileged children and bring hope back into the lives of forgotten elders. Donations did not only include cash but also in-kind contributions such as volunteer time, food and clothing.

BBAC celebrated the opening of its 35th branch located at Saint Jack Center, Bourj Hammoud – Dora highway in the presence of customers, prominent religious and political figures along with social and media personalities. The ceremony was marked by the warm welcome of the bank’s Management headed by its Chairman General Manager Sheikh Ghassan Assaf. The new branch is a state-of-the-art banking facility where all customers’ financial requirements are met by a team of top banking professionals.

BBAC’s regular participation in these job fairs comes out of its deep conviction in the high skills and competence of Lebanese youth and in the importance of training and mentoring them to help nurture their talent, thus contributing to the country's overall wellbeing.
