BBAC Joins Hands with War Child to Give Children a Brighter Future
BBAC is proud to have had the chance to support the heart-warming initiative by Friends for War Child, which took place on the 24th of February in Station Beirut, for the first time ever in the Middle East.
War Child, an international NGO, raises funds through music concerts to provide education and psychosocial support for children living in conflict zones. According to UN Refugee Agency, currently, there are approximately 280,000 children of school age that are unregistered in formal education systems in Lebanon.
The revenues of this fundraiser will aim to expand War Child’s network in order to provide more children unable to register at a school with proper education.
